As we welcome 2025 in a week, we at Cucina Verona have crafted an indulgent menu with Italian flavors to start your new year off in style. From tender, rosemary-rubbed steaks to braised lamb shanks and flaky halibut, we wanted to provide a special sneak peek at some menu highlights you can expect on New Year’s Eve.
One of the appetizers is Spinach, Feta and Bacon filled Puff Pastry nesting atop a Smoked Gouda Fonduta. This elegant, cheesy bite makes spinach and bacon into something worthy of a special occasion! Creamy, smoky and crisp all in one bite.
We’ll be serving Beef Tagliata as an entree option. This grill-kissed ribeye gets bathed in a marinade of balsamic, olive oil and fresh rosemary before hitting the hot flames. Sliced tagliata arrives at your table nestled atop peppery arugula and sided by fingerling potatoes and sweet cherry tomato confit. This nimble starter balances herbs, charred meat and produce for a delicious welcome bite.
For an elegant seafood route, consider Baked Halibut served alongside a medley of cannellini beans, pancetta, baby kale and briny castelvetrano olives. This light yet completely satisfying combination provides a flaky white fish alongside Italian comfort flavors.
And for the meat lover, melt-in-your-mouth Lamb Shanks braised in a glossy pomegranate molasses sauce and walnuts over creamy polenta is a cozy, succulent dish that’s a true highlight. This special entrée for New Year’s Eve even comes with hearty braised winter greens on the side for balance.
There will also be a special dessert and vegetarian options available, as well as items from our regular menu. Check out the rest of New Year's Eve Dinner Specials here.
